Core Operating
Core operating support enables H.I.M. to implement and carry out a broad range of objectives and provides critical resources to conduct and expand key initiatives, convene educational events, and conduct outreach activities that ensure comprehensive community impact. Unrestricted funding from individuals and companies also supports core operational needs which further strengthens our commitment to educating communities, and families with you youth that are in the most need.

Key Initiatives
If you have a particular area of interest you can support a key initiative or mission already underway at H.I.M. All Initiatives, and structured programming are key areas of focus, and allows your donation to provide the necessary funding for specified initiatives and priorities.

Project Support
H.I.M. project support provides flexible resources to seed timely new projects and specific initiatives in support of community objectives, educational outreach, and community workshops.

Endowments
A gift of endowed funds provides vital support for key initiatives and ensures an enduring legacy for the donor. Permanent endowments provide resources to H.I.M. in perpetuity and can be named as a lasting testament to the generosity of the donor or to honor an individual of the donor’s choosing.

Structured Gifts
Structured gifts combine the immediate impact of direct project support with the durability of an endowment. Funds from structured gifts are typically directed to H.I.M. general endowment, but depending on the immediate needs of an underlying mission, the funds may be realized to ensure impact is met. Many structured gifts can be named as a testament to the generosity of the donor or to honor an individual of the donor’s choosing.
